Consultations are provided in either the client's home or office. An informative basic fitness consultation
focussing on exercise, diet and rest is available for those just starting to learn about fitness. Ultimate Fitness
also provides more specific counselling on such topics as losing bodyfat, strength training, cardiovascular
and flexibility training, basic nutrition, personal fitness strategies, fitness theory, program review, etc.
The consultations are always accompanied by a package of informative and interesting hand-outs to help the
client learn even more about the topics discussed.
